Grade A Full value

- No cracks, warps, or structural damage
- Clean, dry, stacks like new
Grade B Half value
- Fully functional, lid included
- Heavy scratches, marker, stains, or scuffs
- Cosmetically rough — mechanically sound
No-go We'll pass
- Cracked, badly warped, or unsafe
- Paint, oil, chemicals, mould, strong odours
- We can often still recycle these for free

Do you really not charge anything while I keep them?
Really. This isn't a rental — you own the totes. The only cost is the difference between what you paid and what we pay you back, and that's the same whether you keep them for a week or three years.
What if some of my lids are missing?
Bring the bases anyway. A base without a lid pays 60% of the set value, and we buy stray lids too — we're always re-matching orphans into complete sets.
Do you take other brands?
Not yet. Sticking to one standardized line is what keeps our prices simple and our lids matched. If you have other brands in good shape, Marketplace is your friend.
Will you always pay these prices?
Values follow our posted schedule, which tracks the real street price of new totes — including Home Depot's sales — and can change. Whatever is posted on the day you come in is what we pay.

How does ToteBack credit work?
It's a balance on your name, worth about 60% more than the cash option. It never expires and applies to anything we sell. It can't be transferred or redeemed for cash.
